How do I book?
Bookings are released periodically usually every 3-4 months. Once all appointments are taken bookings are closed until the day the next booking period opens. Due to high demand, bookings are filled very quickly. Take care when making your booking. There are specific categories for online (Zoom) and in person appointments. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee availability for rescheduling. If you need an urgent appointment, please send a request through the website. From time to time, Simone will have a cancellation or waiting list, please send an email, specifying the appointment you require.
How do I pay for my appointment?
A 50% non refundable deposit is payable via credit/debit card upon securing your appointment with the option to pay in full when booking. If a 50% deposit is paid the remainder is to be paid via credit/debit card 3 days prior to your appointment and an email will be sent to remind you. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
What is the cancellation & refund policy?
A cancellation fee of 50% applies to appointments that have been cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours-notice of your booked appointment. The cancellation fee will also apply if you miss an appointment (no show) regardless of any circumstances.
Where 48 hours notice is provided for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, you are entitled to a refund of the total fee minus a $25 administration fee.
What happens if I’m late to my appointment?
Your time commences from the time specified in your booking. If you are running late to your appointment you will only have the time left from your arrival to the specified end time in your booking (bookings will not be extended past the end time of your pre booked appointment).
You will not receive any refund or credit for any loss of time you have incurred for lateness.
Where do I have my session?
Sessions are conducted at Riddells Creek in Simone’s studio or via Zoom.
How do I cancel a booking?
Select the cancel button on your original confirmation email. Cancellation policy applies to every reading booked.
Do you read for people outside of Australia?
Yes, bookings are available globally. Please note sessions will take place in Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne time zone) via Zoom or Facebook messenger.
Can I book more than one reading?
Yes. If there is availability you may book as many times as you like. If the reading is for yourself though, Simone recommends at least a 6 month wait between readings.
Can I book on someone else’s behalf?
Yes, if you have their consent, feel free to book for someone else or purchase a reading as a gift.
Am I able to record my reading?
No recording of any kind is permitted. You are encouraged to bring a pen and notepad to write down information.
What do I do if I haven’t received my booking confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting Simone’s team.
How to prepare for your Energy Healing Session?
Wear comfortable layered clothing and bring your own water bottle if desired.
Does Simone have a waiting list?
